Training Mode:
It includes webinars, online video-recorded lectures and assignments. Participants will be required to attend all four units and submit a 10-minute video for assessment.

Target:
Physical education teachers in special schools, teachers or practitioners working with students with disabilities

Objectives:
Using STEP as a foundation and framework, this training aims to consolidate the concepts of four components (Space, Task, Equipment, and People) and focuses on how to integrate STEP into physical education, physical activities, or games.

Certifications & Awards:
1. An Attendance Certificate, issued by the Department of Sports Science and Physical Education of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, will be awarded upon successful completion of each unit.
2. A Training Certificate, issued jointly by the Department of Sports Science and Physical Education of The Chinese University of Hong Kong and The Inclusion Club, endorsed by UNESCO Chair on Transforming the Lives of People with Disabilities through Physical Education Sport, Fitness and Recreation, Munster Technological University, Ireland; International Federation of Adapted Physical Activity (IFAPA); European Federation of Adapted Physical Activity (EUFAPA); and Asian Society for Adapted Physical Education and Exercise (ASAPE); will be awarded upon fulfilment of below two requirements:
  2.1 successful completion of all four units (including online video-recorded lectures and online assignments) and,
  2.2 submission of assignments on time with satisfactory performance.
3. The Most Supporting Teacher Awards and the Exemplary Teacher Awards will be awarded to outstanding participants. Outstanding final video assignments will be released on the programme website https://sportswithoutlimits.hk and YouTube channel.

上課模式:
◊ 為期六週網上自學課程,每週一個單元
◊ 每單元包括一節課程影片(約六十分鐘)及一份簡單網上選擇題習作(共十題)
◊ 完成六個單元後,須呈交一段教學示範短片錄影作為修業評核

對象:
◊ 特殊學校教師及職員

目標:
◊ 協助特殊學校教職員推動起居為本的運動訓練,鼓勵特殊學童多做運動,提升學童的起居自理能力及體適能。

學習成果:
完成培訓後,學員能夠:
A. 了解體適能與起居生活的關係
B. 執行基本的起居能力及體適能測試
C. 協助特殊學校師生訂立健怡起居運動訓練計劃
D. 正確地講解、示範及練習指定的健怡起居運動:
  - 啦啦球律動健體操
  - 呼拉圈伸展操
  - 核心功能運動訓練(上肢)
  - 核心功能運動訓練(下肢)
  - 健步功能運動訓練

修業要求:
◊ 呈交所有習作,表現理想,可獲香港中文大學體育運動科學系及中國香港體適能總會聯合頒發「健怡起居體適能大使證書」。
