以STEP理論為基礎,透過四項元素:空間 (Space),活動性質 (Task),器材 (Equipment),人物(People) ,因應學童不同的殘疾類別,掌握適應體育活動的知識及技巧,推動適應體育教學。

上課模式:
◊ 為期六週網上自學課程,每週一個單元
◊ 每單元包括一節課程影片(約六十分鐘)及一份簡單網上選擇題習作(共十題)
◊ 完成六個單元後,須呈交一段教學示範短片錄影作為修業評核

對象:
◊ 特殊學校教師及職員

目標:
◊ 協助特殊學校教職員推動起居為本的運動訓練,鼓勵特殊學童多做運動,提升學童的起居自理能力及體適能。

學習成果:
完成培訓後,學員能夠:
A. 了解體適能與起居生活的關係
B. 執行基本的起居能力及體適能測試
C. 協助特殊學校師生訂立健怡起居運動訓練計劃
D. 正確地講解、示範及練習指定的健怡起居運動:
  - 啦啦球律動健體操
  - 呼拉圈伸展操
  - 核心功能運動訓練(上肢)
  - 核心功能運動訓練(下肢)
  - 健步功能運動訓練

修業要求:
◊ 呈交所有習作,表現理想,可獲香港中文大學體育運動科學系及中國香港體適能總會聯合頒發「健怡起居體適能大使證書」。
